terms
The deal, in plain English.
The service, setup, and billing explained clearly.
The one-time onboarding fee is refundable in full if Mabel is not configured and answering your calls.
Included languages
English and Spanish included. Prefer a different second language? Choose a supported language at no extra charge. Need a third language? Inquire about adding one for a small additional fee.
The deal
I get your business set up on the system and Mabel answers the calls you send her. It is $275 a month for nights, weekends and configured overflow. One-time onboarding is normally $125. The first 50 new customers receive 50% off onboarding and pay $62.50 instead.
Your first $275 month and the applicable onboarding fee are charged together at signup. That is $337.50 with the launch offer, or $400 at the normal onboarding price. The subscription renews at $275/month until canceled. There is no free trial. Cancel through the Stripe billing-management link or contact the team.
Launch offer
Limited to 50 new customers, one discounted onboarding per customer. Availability is checked when we issue your secure checkout. An open checkout temporarily reserves a discount; it becomes used when payment is confirmed. After all 50 discounts are used, onboarding is $125. There is no calendar countdown.
No contract
Month to month. Tell me you're done and you're done at the end of that month. No cancellation fee, no notice period, no phone call where I try to talk you out of it.
What I promise
She answers the calls you send her. The Mabel team handles setup around your business and supports the service. When you need her changed, I change her at no extra cost, normally within a business day.
If I can't fix a problem, I'll say so and I'll stop billing you.
What I don't promise
I can't promise she never misses a call. The phone company goes down, the internet goes down, and things break at two in the morning.
I can't promise she'll answer every question perfectly. She'll say she doesn't know and get a number rather than make something up.
I can't promise a specific number of jobs. Anybody who promises you that is guessing.
Your side of it
Give me the right information about your business and keep it current. If your hours change and you don't tell me, she'll tell people the old ones.
Don't ask her to say anything untrue to a customer. I'll say no.
Your customers are yours
Every name and number she takes belongs to you. If you leave, you take all of it with you. I don't keep a copy to sell and I don't contact your customers.
Money
Billed monthly. If a payment fails I'll get in touch before anything is turned off — you won't lose your phone coverage over a card that expired.
If something goes wrong
Call me at 205-835-2631. I'd rather fix it than argue about it. If it can't be fixed, you stop paying and we shake hands.
